A budget of $62,000 went a long way to make the most of this large, family-friendly home. The landscaping that once entirely obscured the front door was cleared from the exterior, and the brick and wood siding were updated with a fresh, cohesive paint job. Inside, the dark wooden features were brightened up, while maintaining all of the vintage design details - just check out those ceilings!
