This 80's style ranch was in need of some major TLC. Wood accents darkened nearly every room, not to mention the ceiling over the living spaces being caved in due to water damage! Now, you would never know this residence was ever the dingy, dated property it was previously.
Using a budget of $55,000, our team of renovators and local contractors got to work. In the backyard, the rickety portico was brought down, and the same went for the makeshift carport blocking the garage in front. Inside, all of the damage was cleaned up and repaired, smoothed over with new surfaces in the kitchen, living area, and hallway. The bathrooms were also given total transformations. Overall, the house now looks brighter, cheerier, and more open.
