REI Nation and Premier Property Management Group are excited to be launching a new initiative geared toward helping real estate investors tackle their property management headaches.
For years, our investors have asked us for our assistance in managing properties that were not purchased from REI Nation. Knowing that we strive to always deliver our best-in-class customer service to both our clients and our residents, we decided to wait until we could ensure we were positioned to do just that.
Today, after careful planning and testing, we feel confident in our teams and our ability to meet the needs and expectations of our residents and our clients, even when the property under management wasn't originally a part of our portfolio.
If you have properties in any of the eight cities we are currently operating in, Premier Property Management and PPMG of Texas are ready to help! The properties can be vacant or occupied.

Our approach in onboarding properties is very deliberate. From inspecting the properties to reviewing leases, we are making sure the properties themselves are located in the areas we manage and are not showing signs of poor previous management that we may not be able to overcome.
We ask that everyone understand from the beginning that we are not going to lower our standards. We very well may say no to managing properties that, for various reasons, don't meet the standards necessary to ensure we're positioned to provide an excellent experience to both our clients and our residents. We promise to be transparent in those situations and to always strive to be the best management company in the business by holding on to our high standards.
Davartay Miller, who we promoted to head this new project, brings a myriad of skills to the position, which include years of experience in our renovations department and working with PPMG on our move-out programs. We are very excited to have Davartay heading this program and expect this to provide an amazing opportunity for our clients and other interested investors to not only learn more about our company and offerings, but also grow their portfolios and bring all management under one company.
