This 90's-built property was in need of major TLC. Outside, the siding was shoddy, not to mention moldy. The front and back yards were pleasing to the eye—less so to the foot, what with the gnarly, let-go landscaping. Inside, classic features were buried in outdated, mismatched surfaces. Fortunately, our team gave this wannabe the new start it needed.
With a budget of $46,000, our team of renovators and local contractors went to work on this sizable property. The landscaping got a fresh start, the exterior siding and garage doors were replaced, and the exterior deck was shored up and cleaned up. Inside, the living and dining spaces were maximized for space and cleanliness. The floors and walls were given a neutral palette, and the bathrooms were completely redone. Now, a family of residents can enjoy this property for a long time to come!
