I plan to further expand our REO-to-rental-property business into other fast-growing southern cities such as Atlanta and Nashville, places where there are large employers, solid infrastructure and solid future demand for their core industries, all indicators of a strong market for investors to benefit from rental properties for sale in the long run. The market for reliable real estate investments is strong, and by the end of 2013, we will be managing more than 2,000 properties in Memphis, Atlanta, and Dallas, representing $200 million in real estate value.
