This week’s Transformation Tuesday comes from St. Louis, Missouri! This ‘60s flat was trapped in time, with green and blue walls and contrasting oak-colored floors. Maximizing a budget of $44,000, our expert team went to work renovating this house into rent-ready conditions. An outdated sea-foam green living room and pale blue kitchen were two big eyesores in this living space. We painted over the atrocity and while we were at it, installed new flooring throughout, as well as new cabinets. The end result is a breath of fresh air.
