This week’s Transformation Tuesday takes us to 1508 North Ironwood Place, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, where we transformed an outdated red eyesore into a bright, inviting rental home with fantastic curb appeal. Built in 1978, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-car garage, 1,866 sq. ft. property needed serious updates to reach its full potential, and we delivered.

With a total rehab budget of $45,635, we focused on key upgrades to modernize the home while ensuring long-term durability and functionality. Over $11,000 went into cosmetic improvements alone, giving the home a fresh new look inside and out.

Key Renovations:

🏡 Exterior Overhaul: Overgrown shrubs hid the home from view, making it look uninviting. We cleared out the landscaping, instantly improving visibility and curb appeal.

🛠️ All-New Flooring: The previous flooring made the interior feel dark and outdated. We installed new, modern flooring throughout, brightening the space and making it feel fresh and welcoming.

🍽️ Kitchen Upgrade: A lowered cabinet once made the kitchen feel small and closed off. By removing it, we created an open-concept space that feels larger, more functional, and perfect for a long-term resident.
