Inc. Magazine released the 2016 version of their annual list of the 5000 Fastest Growing Companies In America....
And the Clothier family was honored to have three Companies on this years' list!
First and foremost, we are so proud of the team at 
Memphis Invest who is a 5-year honoree. This is an incredible accomplishment and really highlights the hard work and commitment to excellence exhibited by our entire crew. Everyone pulls together in support of our mission, which is to create an incredible 'WOW' experience for our clients, tenants, vendors and each other!

Once again, here we are writing an article about multiple Clothier companies making the fastest growing companies list. Believe me when we say, we may be at the helm and leading the way, but an honor like this and the growth it accompanies, is all due to our incredible team!
We want to give a tremendous shout out to our incredible team that has worked hard over to improve and grow. With five offices in three cities, Memphis, Dallas and Houston, our team is now over 70 strong! Finding, renovating, managing and selling over 600 investment properties a year, our team works hard for each of our clients and these types of recognition are important, but none compare to thank you cards and letters we receive from you!

"Good morning Katie. Yes, we shall keep the Willis Insurance streak going with this property as well. In fact, it shall be my choice for all future properties.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and someone on the Internet said a video is worth 1.8 million. The videos are quite educational, but also convey confidence and commitment to strong ethical principles.
I chose Memphis Invest because of the power of scale. I come from a farming family, so I will describe it with farms. If 12 farmers worked on separate 10-acre farms, they would each have a tractor, a set of plows, a pump for water, and a truck. If 1 farmer had a 120-acre farm. There would be only 1 tractor, 1 truck, 1 pump, and much less overhead.
What I have discovered this year has blown my mind. I have read many stories of those who lost money in real estate because of lack of expertise. I am very grateful that you do what you do.
