This spacious property held a great deal of potential, if you could see it through all of the brambles and fencing! Despite the overgrown exterior, the interior was in decent—if not outdated—shape. Stained flooring and less-than-functional features were in need of replacing, certainly. Thanks to our team of renovators and local contractors, now this beauty is resident ready!
This transformation took a budget of $62,000. Starting with exterior, the let-go landscaping was cleared and the fencing rearranged so that it no longer cut the spacious back yard into unusable shapes. The back deck was also given a fresh, fun new color—as well as a safety check! Inside, the flooring saw a much-needed update, and a top-to-bottom update was given to the bathrooms.
