This 90's-built property was in need of major TLC. Outside, the siding was shoddy, not to mention moldy. The front and back yards were pleasing to the eye—less so to the foot, what with the gnarly, let-go landscaping. Inside, classic features were buried in outdated, mismatched surfaces.
