We love the unique features of this 1970's ranch, from the arched brick entryway to the exposed beams in the living area and master bedroom. All of our work in renovating was meant to shine a light on them, as we worked to clear up the unmaintained exterior and brighten up the mussy interior.
Employing a budget of $55,500, our team of renovators and local contractors went to work! The exterior of the residence was pressure washed and repainted as needed, and the landscaping was given a simple tidying. Inside, frenetic colors were replaced with a warm, neutral palette, and the living spaces and kitchen were also refreshed. The bathrooms, however, were given a complete do-over. Now, this property is resident-ready!
