I wanted to share today's 'Turnkey Transformation', where the previous owner wasn't afraid of color, and the bathroom vanity might be a little too vain for some!

Coming to you from the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, we have this week's Turnkey Transformation!  With this home, there was a lot of cleanup to be done not only on the inside, but especially outside, due to a lot of neglect and overgrowth. The exterior needed lots of pressure washing, painting and replacing of wood siding, and removal of yard debris. Much of this yard debris includes things like older playground equipment, a patio overflowing with furniture and other items, and landscaping scrubs and overgrown trees. But this project just goes to show how a team and processes can get this place back into shape! Check out the before and after pics to see how much this property can shine!

Lately, we've had quite a bit of Tulsa properties that have had incredible transformations. So we're bringing you one more Tulsa Turnkey Transformation this month that had a surprising turn around. From newly installed carpets and flooring to a freshly poured concrete driveway, this house got an extreme makeover with the help of our Oklahoma renovations team.

Coming to you from Oklahoma City, OK we have this week's Turnkey Transformation! We'll see how a lot of landscaping and a great rehab team go hand in hand as we bring this property and it's curb appeal up to the Memphis Invest standards. From purchase to completion, this house took 40 days and $43,000 for renovation. Depending on the property, the work required and the teams needed, timelines and budgets can always vary. Of course, there's always unexpected obstacles that arise, such as inclement weather, additional permit requirements, prolonged city inspections - the list can go on and on!

We're in Tulsa, OK for this week's Turnkey Transformation, where we have a 37-year-old home that gets quite the makeover! The Tulsa market is one of the newest additions to the Memphis Invest family. The city sits at the foothills of the Ozark mountains and is the second largest in the state—just behind Oklahoma City (one of our other great investment markets). Tulsa, a historical leader in the energy industry, continues to grow and diversify as a market that is both affordable and economically well-tempered. This made it an ideal market for this investor to choose as their portfolio expansion opportunity.
