The original state of this property was a bit haunting. From the outside, the house's boarded up windows and polluted built-in pool made the house off-putting. The interior was just as scary, with half-finished walls and barely a kitchen or bathroom to speak of. It took quite a bit of elbow grease to exorcise the grit and grime from this property in order to make it resident-ready.

It seems, however, that more heads are turning in their direction these days as MarketWatch has named Oklahoma City among the best cities for millennials for good jobs and good homes.

There’s good news for Oklahoma City: the economic upswing has pulled the market up to new heights. With a $40.2 millions sales tax revenue for August, we’re seeing renewed economic activity thanks to a local uptick.

According to reports, this is the 16th month in a row with positive growth in sales tax revenue for the city, pointing to increased economic activity and buyer confidence.
