After 15 years, this week, Memphis Invest celebrated closing on our 5,000th property!

This is a HUGE milestone for us, and also for the people that helped get us to where we are. From our clients, to our staff, vendors, and residents, we are extremely grateful for everyone that has been a part of growing our company and our vision.

This renovation was lot different than our standard rehab, due to the fact that this house had some fire damage prior to us purchasing the property. It's been about a year since we started in the Little Rock market, and it was a smooth transition for us with the city being so similar to Memphis. With a steady market, affordable prices and high demand for housing, Little Rock is a great, stable investment for many turnkey investors. Memphis shares a lot of the same qualities, which is why both cities are a perfect fit for a real estate portfolio!
