On the outside, this house was a sweet, unassuming sleeper. Inside, terrible damage to the walls and floors were distracting, if not dangerous! With a little help from our renovation team—okay, a lot of help—this Little Rock property is now an attractive rental residence.

Under mounds of snow outside, and left-behind debris inside, the potential of this house was good and hidden. Design features and architectural moments were certainly hard to spot. However, after a top-to-bottom transformation completed by our renovation team, it's almost an unrecognizable before-and-after! 

The Lone Star State is at the epicenter of real estate investor interest. Houston — along with Dallas, Austin, and Ft. Worth — has been a major economic and investment hub for over a decade.

To the passer-by, the original state of this property might not have seemed so bad. But peek around to the backyard, or in to the rooms inside, and you'd be getting quite a different story! Our renovation team worked hard to transform this two-story trainwreck into a spacious clean slate.
