Our amazing 'Turnkey Transformation' for today is in Dallas, TX. This renovation was lot different than our standard rehab, due to the fact that this house had some fire damage prior to us purchasing the property. We'll hear from Tye, the project manager for this property, to learn more about the rehab. But we'll also discuss the purchase method the investor used for this property as well, as it may shed some insight for other investors looking to finance their properties!

This week's 'Turnkey Transformation' property is located in Horn Lake, MS. Now I know what you might be thinking, when did Memphis Invest start having properties in Mississippi? That's a great question and I'm happy to tell you that in addition to Memphis, Dallas, Houston, Little Rock and Oklahoma City, there are plenty of outlying markets that Memphis Invest has been able to enter in these large, sprawling cities.

Our 'Turnkey Transformation' for this week is a property that is located in Little Rock, AR. It's been about a year since we started in the Little Rock market, and it was a smooth transition for us with the city being so similar to Memphis. With a steady market, affordable prices and high demand for housing, Little Rock is a great, stable investment for many turnkey investors. Memphis shares a lot of the same qualities, which is why both cities are a perfect fit for a real estate portfolio!

This week's featured 'Turnkey Transformation' is a property that is located in a historic area of Dallas, TX. Many of the homes we acquire have their own unique challenges, and after 15 years, we've seen and done it all. But if any of our investors have ever purchased or rehabbed an older home with a historical committee, then you're probably familiar with what kind of obstacles we had with this property! At the end of the day though, Memphis Invest was able to turn this rundown and ragged home into a cute cottage for our investor and their residents!
