Large windows and living spaces were attractive features, though there weren't too many others in its original condition. Both exterior and interior were in need of top-to-bottom renovations, including siding, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Now, some lucky residents are going to have the MCM rental home of their dreams!

What a colossal investment! This two-story property was in need of an update, starting with an unkempt exterior. The yellow siding brought out a bad side of the brick, while the back deck was hidden by overgrown weeds. More yellow colors could be found inside, along with blues and reds for good measure! Now, with a little tidying up, this property is ready for its new residents.

Fortunately, we saw a lot of potential in this single-family property, and with a great deal of help from our team of renovators and contractors it's now a clean, serene home.
