This week’s Transformation Tuesday is from Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas

This is a newer built home than we typically acquire, however you'll soon see why were able to get a deal on this investment property! In addition to normal wear and tear, the kitchen and living area was scorched beyond recognition. Outside, literal caution tape diminished any sort of curb appeal still intact! However, with an expert team on our side, we were able to complete an incredible-before-and-after, making for a happy family of investors and residents. 

This week’s Transformation Tuesday is from Dallas-Ft.Worth, Texas!

This brick beauty boasts large living spaces and vaulted ceilings, but the high-pile pink carpets and random brick columns could easily distract from these features. Outside, the front yard was in fine shape, but the back yard was shaggy with let-go landscaping and broken-down fencing. After thorough renovation, now the house feels open and bright for its residents. 

The Lone Star state is home to some of the nation’s most vibrant economies and real estate markets. Houston, San Antonio, and Austin likely come to mind — along with Dallas!  Dallas is the third-largest city in Texas, just behind Houston and San Antonio with an estimated 2020 population of 1,347,120. 

Even as the nation stirs with rumors and worries of a recession, we see that many markets provide both a healthy market balance and a secure, growing job sector. There’s a reason prospects for North Texas cities are positive — it remains one of the best areas in the nation for job growth. 

Since the Great Recession hit in 2008, housing markets across the nation have struggled to bounce back in terms of inventory. While most of us saw the effects of the housing crisis in foreclosures and plummeting home prices, there was a great toll on the construction and home building sector happening simultaneously.
