This week’s Transformation Tuesday is from Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas

This is a newer built home than we typically acquire, however you'll soon see why were able to get a deal on this investment property! In addition to normal wear and tear, the kitchen and living area was scorched beyond recognition. Outside, literal caution tape diminished any sort of curb appeal still intact! However, with an expert team on our side, we were able to complete an incredible-before-and-after, making for a happy family of investors and residents.
