It's not often we find a mid-century property to renovate, since people are quick to grab up even the ones in the worst of shape! This St. Louis residence had a lot going for it, however. Large windows and living spaces were attractive features, though there weren't too many others in its original condition. Both exterior and interior were in need of top-to-bottom renovations, including siding, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Now, some lucky residents are going to have the MCM rental home of their dreams!
