This spacious, two-story home was a bit frightening in its original condition. With faded, autumnal colors on the exterior, a passerby might suspect it to be a haunted house rather than ready residence! Inside, fire damage had ruined much of the kitchen and dining spaces, and smoke had done a number on the floors and walls. This property was in need of a major transformation! 

Mark Anderson is joined by special guest, Matt Rowan, Director of Renovations, to complete an assessment at a Memphis, Tennessee property and determine if REI Nation will purchase it. Matt has over 10 years experience and seen thousands of houses under REI Nation. During the walkthrough, Matt shares the renovations that will increase the value of the home, making it safer and the future residents happier.

This sweet 60's ranch-style house was fading into this background of its suburban neighborhood street. With a bland, gray brick exterior, paired with a dark garage door, the curb appeal was certainly lacking. Inside, it was mid-renovation, with bare framing in nearly half of the floor plan. Fortunately, our team knew just what to do!

The front and back yards were pleasing to the eye—less so to the foot, what with the gnarly, let-go landscaping. Inside, classic features were buried in outdated, mismatched surfaces. Fortunately, our team gave this wannabe the new start it needed.
