We love the unique features of this 1970's ranch, from the arched brick entryway to the exposed beams in the living area and master bedroom. All of our work in renovating was meant to shine a light on them, as we worked to clear up the unmaintained exterior and brighten up the mussy interior.

Don't worry, this horror story has a happy ending! The unassuming exterior of the original condition of this house belied an interior overflowing with left-behind detritus like dolls, old computers, and more. After our team was done, you'd never know it the fright it once was!

Driving through this neighborhood, you might have guessed this plot was a safari rather than a single-family residence. In its original state, the let-go landscaping had essentially taken over the backyard, and the front was nearly as unrecognizable. Inside, character features were buried under mismatched paint and messy surfaces. Now, any family would be happy to call this property home!

Unassuming on the outside, this hidden gem was concealing one of the most serious vaulted ceiling we've seen! Certainly there was potential to be seen, especially if you could look past left-behind detritus and let-go landscaping. After our renovation, it feels good to say this Houston home is resident-ready!

This spacious, two-story home was a bit frightening in its original condition. With faded, autumnal colors on the exterior, a passerby might suspect it to be a haunted house rather than ready residence! Inside, fire damage had ruined much of the kitchen and dining spaces, and smoke had done a number on the floors and walls. This property was in need of a major transformation!

This sweet 60's ranch-style house was fading into this background of its suburban neighborhood street. With a bland, gray brick exterior, paired with a dark garage door, the curb appeal was certainly lacking. Inside, it was mid-renovation, with bare framing in nearly half of the floor plan. Fortunately, our team knew just what to do!

This 90's-built property was in need of major TLC. Outside, the siding was shoddy, not to mention moldy. The front and back yards were pleasing to the eye—less so to the foot, what with the gnarly, let-go landscaping. Inside, classic features were buried in outdated, mismatched surfaces. Fortunately, our team gave this wannabe the new start it needed.

This is a newer built home than we typically acquire, however you'll soon see why were able to get a deal on this investment property! In addition to normal wear and tear, the kitchen and living area was scorched beyond recognition. Outside, literal caution tape diminished any sort of curb appeal still intact! However, with an expert team on our side, we were able to complete an incredible-before-and-after, making for a happy family of investors and residents.

The original state was a mix of styles, from its farmhouse exterior, to its dark, rustic European interior. On top of that, leftover damage and debris made it hard to see the potential of this property.
