This week's 'Turnkey Transformation' comes from Memphis, TN. Memphis is where we got started in the turnkey business over 15 years ago, and have since expanded into 5 other markets (Oklahoma City, St. Louis, Little Rock, Houston, and Dallas). We're so proud to call Memphis our home town, and I encourage real estate entrepreneurs to always get to know the communities in which they invest.

A house fire destroyed much of the interior and exterior of this house, but it was nothing the Memphis Invest team couldn't handle! We've been in Oklahoma for about a year now, and with job growth, affordability and population growth, this market is ripe for turnkey investors! We'll see how a great team, streamlined processes, and a $44,000 renovation budget turned this disheveled property into the best looking house on the block!

This renovation was lot different than our standard rehab, due to the fact that this house had some fire damage prior to us purchasing the property. We'll hear from Tye, the project manager for this property, to learn more about the rehab. But we'll also discuss the purchase method the investor used for this property as well, as it may shed some insight for other investors looking to finance their properties!

That's a great question and I'm happy to tell you that in addition to Memphis, Dallas, Houston, Little Rock and Oklahoma City, there are plenty of outlying markets that Memphis Invest has been able to enter in these large, sprawling cities.

It's been about a year since we started in the Little Rock market, and it was a smooth transition for us with the city being so similar to Memphis. With a steady market, affordable prices and high demand for housing, Little Rock is a great, stable investment for many turnkey investors. Memphis shares a lot of the same qualities, which is why both cities are a perfect fit for a real estate portfolio!
