This week’s Transformation Tuesday is from Dallas-Ft.Worth, Texas!

This brick beauty boasts large living spaces and vaulted ceilings, but the high-pile pink carpets and random brick columns could easily distract from these features. Outside, the front yard was in fine shape, but the back yard was shaggy with let-go landscaping and broken-down fencing. After thorough renovation, now the house feels open and bright for its residents.

Though there was certainly the makings of a house there, this transformation required just a bit more than cosmetic renovations. The house had been through heavy destruction because of a fire and half of a reconstruction done by another property owner before it fell in our lap. However, with some serious elbow grease, we put the "residence" back in this SFR!

Red shutters were doing no favors for this brick split-level. The original exterior was loud in some places and worn out in others, with a dilapidated back porch in serious trouble! Inside, the opposite problem was true. Fewer problems, and plain features in need of simple highlights. Just wait til you see the after pictures!

The biggest offense of the original state of this property? Outdated features! Multi-color walls and dark cabinets kept this house from its fullest potential. By peeling back a few layers and coming in with new, clean surfaces, our renovation team brought this residence into a brand new chapter.

On the outside, this house was a sweet, unassuming sleeper. Inside, terrible damage to the walls and floors were distracting, if not dangerous! With a little help from our renovation team—okay, a lot of help—this Little Rock property is now an attractive rental residence.

Under mounds of snow outside, and left-behind debris inside, the potential of this house was good and hidden. Design features and architectural moments were certainly hard to spot. However, after a top-to-bottom transformation completed by our renovation team, it's almost an unrecognizable before-and-after!

To the passer-by, the original state of this property might not have seemed so bad. But peek around to the backyard, or in to the rooms inside, and you'd be getting quite a different story! Our renovation team worked hard to transform this two-story trainwreck into a spacious clean slate.

Nothing says off-putting like boards over the front windows! The state of the interior was even worse, with surfaces and floors coated in mounds of mess. Thankfully, our renovation team took the state of this residence from littered to rent-ready.

The 60's are calling! The blues of the exterior and the orange interior clashed in the original state of this house. With the help of our renovation team, now this house is a contemporary home with lots of bright, clean spaces to enjoy.

Walking through the original state of the house was a trip down memory lane. The interior was decked in decades-old details, and the tudor-style exterior was hidden behind overgrown landscaping and monochrome siding.
