Large windows and living spaces were attractive features, though there weren't too many others in its original condition. Both exterior and interior were in need of top-to-bottom renovations, including siding, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Now, some lucky residents are going to have the MCM rental home of their dreams!

What a colossal investment! This two-story property was in need of an update, starting with an unkempt exterior. The yellow siding brought out a bad side of the brick, while the back deck was hidden by overgrown weeds. More yellow colors could be found inside, along with blues and reds for good measure! Now, with a little tidying up, this property is ready for its new residents.

This cottage was a charmer, buried under a bit of age and rubbish. From the curb, the blue and brick exterior was in shabby shape. Inside, the kitchen had dated red cabinetry and the living room a spooky old chimney that gave out more soot than warmth. Now, the residents of this Arkansas property have a beautiful place to call home.

Brambly bushes and trees overtook the original state of this property, making the curbside view hard to appreciate. Debris and half-finished features cluttered the interior view as well. Fortunately, we saw a lot of potential in this single-family property, and with a great deal of help from our team of renovators and contractors it's now a clean, serene home.

The original state of this property was a bit haunting. From the outside, the house's boarded up windows and polluted built-in pool made the house off-putting. The interior was just as scary, with half-finished walls and barely a kitchen or bathroom to speak of. It took quite a bit of elbow grease to exorcise the grit and grime from this property in order to make it resident-ready.

All of the characteristics making this a special investment property were hidden in its original state. With a jungle-like front yard, and a creaky, crowded backyard, the exterior of this residence needed to be pared back. The same could also be said of the interior, which was suffering from color-clashing and clutter. When we saw the bonus room with a wet bar and multiple built-ins, however, we knew this house had potential!

You couldn't miss this unique two-story home! With a salmon-red exterior, stone chimney and porch columns, and a front portico, this property was a confluence of features that didn't quite match. Inside, the same crime: dated styles clashed with heavy wood features. With a little bit of TLC, however, this residence is noteworthy for all new reasons!
