Here in Memphis, we’ve had amazing weather lately...I'm talking about 70 degrees, clear skies and sunshine. Yep, that kind of awesome.

There is something about spring weather that gets you excited. Whether it's firing up the grill, taking your kids to the park or finally mastering your golf game...(good luck with that.) Warmer weather has always been this great sign of things to come.

We all can have a tendency to work too hard, push a little too much and fail to take time out to enjoy what we've accomplished. 

That gets us thinking...

When we think of doing things “part-time” it doesn’t usually conjure up images of great success. We think of part-time as good for a little while, but not a long-term solution. But the truth is, part-time doesn’t have to be a temporary gig while you wait for something better to come along.

Part-time can give you incredible opportunities for financial freedom—when it comes to real estate investment.

Too many people think that it’s not worth investing if you can’t dedicate

Turnkey real estate. Some people hear that word and get excited! Others...skeptical. Truth be told, the concept of turnkey real estate is a little divisive. Many people have had wonderful experiences with great turnkey investment companies, while others still aren’t sure what to make of the whole concept.

Looking back over the last few years, there is one thing we all can agree on when it comes to real estate investing...  This has been one helluva ride for the real estate market and investors alike!  

What we find really interesting though is that even with such a wild ride, there are still lists out there of things you need to avoid.  Especially as those lists relate to Turnkey real estate investing.  Oddly enough, there are still many investors who are choosing to not learn from history.  Or maybe they don't know what this history is that they need to avoid.  Although any list is going to be subjective and without a doubt, incomplete, this list at least gives a starting point for investors looking at turnkey investments.
